*Real Estate: 40+ years collective experience in Real Estate, including, but not limited to Residential Sales, Commercial Leasing, New Construction, and property Entitlements.

*Sales & Marketing: 10+ Years experience in Sales & Marketing to include Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting, Ad Literature, Advertising, Customer Presentations, Corporate Accounts/Programs, Market Analysis, Inside Sales and various other Sales & Marketing functions.

*Customer Service: Each team member has a minimum of 10+ years Customer Service Experience through multiple Markets.

*Management: 38+ Years collective experience in Title, Banking, Small Business, Export Compliance, Contracts, and Sales Operations.

*Construction: 15+ Years Experience consisting of construction from the ground up on Residential properties. Responsible for obtaining bids for projects, 11 years HVAC (Union), plus 10 years Foreman experience, managing multi-million dollar projects.

*Collectively, that’s over 60 years Customer Service Experience.

*Finance: Order Book Reconciliation, Accruals (Commission, Installation, Warranty), Budgeting, Order/Shipment Forecasting, A/P & A/R, Payroll, Check Reconciliation, Cost of Sales Reporting.
